About the Client
With its “Waste less, save more” motto, our Customer works with big supermarket chains to minimize food waste by providing end-users with a list of soon-to-expire products at discounted prices. The company has a handy mobile app and a website/portal with a blog.
Our Service
Our main task was to find the right software resources to fit their back and front-end needs and bring the product to the next level. We processed more than 700 candidates for the Java Developer position, conducted recruiter interviews with more than 50 candidates, and selected more than 30 people for interviews with the Client. Also, there was an urgent request from the Client to place Frontend Engineer, and we offered our internal specialists (Java Developer and Front-End React Developer) on an outstaffing basis. The entire process, from the request to the vacancy filling, took approximately two weeks.
